TAKE:ONE is a community of over 100 students, 17 teachers, and staff, all working together toward the same goal: to develop well-rounded artists capable of creating their own songs and collaborating effectively. Their approach aims to prepare them to excel in the competitive music industry.
The academy responds to the need for quality recording projects, offering comprehensive development that goes beyond music, thus ensuring the success of bands and solo artists on stage.

GABY MARTÍNEZ
SINGING
Singer and vocal pedagogue (or voice nerd, as she likes to call herself), Gaby is convinced that everyone can learn to sing and fulfill their dreams of communicating through the beautiful discipline of singing. The guitar is her secondary instrument. She has experience in live ensembles, as well as conducting, composing, and arranging choral works for various institutions. She holds a diploma in Education and Training of the Spoken, Sung, and Performed Voice from the Vocology Center of Colombia, a Vocal Pedagogy Certification from the Voice Training Center of Mexico, is a student member of the Pan American Vocology Association (PAVA), and is currently pursuing a Vocal Pedagogy Certification for Vocal Distortions with the Corporate University of Contemporary Singing in Brazil.
SAÚL AGUIRRE
BAND COACH, VOCAL, GUITAR, DRUMS, SONGWRITING AND PRODUCTION
Saúl Aguirre. Musician and music producer.
Graduate of the Audio and Music Production program at DIM School, certified in Pro Tools and Dolby Atmos in the Audio Room.
Currently the drummer for the international band Clandestinos and with singer-songwriter Divakar, he also works as a recording and audio editing engineer with Francisco "Panchin" Carrillo, currently the music producer for Reily Barba. With 20 years as a musician, his concerts include performances at Vive Latino 2014, Rockland at Estadio Azul, and jazz festivals at the Angela Peralta Theater. In recent years, he has worked as an arranger and mixing and mastering engineer for artists, brands like Red Bull, and 5.1 surround sound mixing for short films. His credits include collaborations with artists such as Reily Barba, Edgar Oceransky, Omar Marques, Kenny y los Electricos, and Gusana Ciega.
SAVBIA
SINGING, SONGWRITING and HARMONY
Alfonsina Aguirre, also known as SAVBIA, is a Chilean singer and songwriter who grew up in Mexico and performs pop-soul and R&B music.
She has participated in various televised competitions such as ROJO: El color del talento (Chile, 2018) and La Voz (Mexico, 2022). She also contributed to the music for the Amazon Prime series “De Brutas Nada.” Simultaneously, she worked as a backup singer for Belinda, Ximena Sariñana, Karla Breu, and other artists.
SAVBIA features original music on all digital platforms and various live sessions. The core of their project offers songs that encourage reflection and healing in different aspects of life.
VEGA
BAND COACH, BASS, GUITAR, SONGWRITING, HARMONY AND PRODUCTION
Bruno Vega or simply “VEGA” is a multi-instrumentalist musician, composer and producer.
Graduate of Musicians Institute, Hollywood in “Musical Performance” and SAE Institute, CDMX in “Electronic Music Production”.
I work as a teacher and band instructor at School Of Rock Burbank, Venice Beach and West LA.
As well as a musician and producer of jingles for television and advertising in Mexico and the United States.
He is the founder of Cajun Records, a recording studio in the south of Mexico City where he currently produces independent artists and his own project "Not For Radio".
PATO PEÑA
BASS, GUITAR, BAND COACH
Pato Peña is an Argentinian bassist/guitarist based in Mexico City. He received formal musical training in Buenos Aires at the School of Fine Arts and the Manuel de Falla Conservatory. He has recorded and performed with renowned artists from the Argentinian pop scene, such as David Bolsoni, Nelson John, and Alex Cruz, among others. He has also played with musicians from the local and international jazz scene, including Zule Guerra and Alberto Lescay, both originally from Cuba. He has shared the stage with Barry Harris and Walter Malosetti, among others.
In 2025 he released his first album titled "Sendero" which mixes the essence of Jazz and improvisation with South American musical touches such as candombe.
DIEGO RUIZ
BASS and GUITAR
Deiga (Diego Ruiz Chávez) is a professional musician trained in composition and electric bass, holding a Royal 6 certification in music theory. He is the founder and a member of Kabaret, a project in which he shines as a bassist and composer, fusing funk, rock, and pop influences into original music. Since the age of 13, Deiga has cultivated a career marked by curiosity and discipline, complementing his development with various courses and diplomas. He also shares his passion by teaching bass and guitar, inspiring new musicians to find their own sound.
DIEGO ORMAZÁBAL
DRUMS
Diego Ormazábal-Moraga, experienced Chilean drummer,
He was a student of the outstanding Chilean teachers Andy Baeza, Camilo Torres and Ricardo Ruiz.
With a 20-year career, he has participated in various bands, tours, and recording sessions (Weichafe, Angelo Pierattini, Natisú, deRuts, Caladiablo, Rey Puesto, among others). Since arriving in Mexico, he has collaborated with: Gabigar, Cristobal Briceño, Inclusión, Paulo Rojas, Chinoy, Emilia Borlone, SAVBIA, Vale Cox, and Cigarbox Man.
OLGA BASANTA
SINGING, KEYBOARDING, SONGWRITING
Olga Basanta is a singer, violist, pianist, composer and producer originally from Madrid, Spain.
She began her solo career in 2017, performing her own compositions and sharing stages with great artists such as Camila, Maná, Julieta Venegas, Jesse & Joy, Paty Cantú, Playa Limbo, Carlos Rivera or Sonora Santanera, in such glorious venues as the Metropolitan Theater and the National Auditorium in Mexico, or the Las Ventas Bullring in Spain.
He has taken his music to the United States, Costa Rica, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico and Spain, becoming a representative of his native country in "Colombia
Music Fest" with his single Cold War that brought him much joy.
Awarded Best Original Song for “Volver a casa” at the New York International Film Festival, she has released three studio albums and is currently working on her fourth, focused on regional Mexican music. As a vocal coach, she has over 20 years of experience, working with artists such as Mario Bautista, Juan Solo, and Marala, among others.

He holds a degree in Music Production and Classical Guitar Performance. He has worked as a session and live musician on numerous projects.
She also has almost 10 years of experience in music education.
He is currently the bassist for the bands Zindylay and The Top Comics.

LALIRO
Eduardo Ruiz, known as "Laliro" is a guitarist, bassist, keyboardist, arranger, director and music producer, with a degree in Contemporary Popular Music Performance.
He has worked as a guitarist, keyboardist, backing vocalist, musical director, music producer, playback engineer, production manager, etc., accompanying artists such as Sabino, Orestes Gómez, Noa Sainz, Arturo de la Torre, La Celestina, Maena, Ale Alcocer, among others, on national and international tours.
With 18 years of experience in music, Laliro has worked on mastering a wide variety of musical genres and styles on the guitar and in his arrangements as a musical director and producer, both in recording studios and in live shows.

CECI JUNO
Ecuadorian singer-songwriter, composer, and music therapist.
Alumni of Berklee College of Music and USFQ.
She has developed her career as a singer-songwriter independently since 2014, with two EPs, two albums, singles, and collaborations with other artists.
She has lived in Mexico City since 2021. Currently producing her third album, she has a podcast called “Todo Sirve” (Everything Uses), and online programs.

MICHELLE DESACHY
Music producer and audio engineer with studies in "Music Cognition" and "Music Business" from Berklee College of Music and "Management Affairs" from Harvard University. She has worked on more than 100 national and international music productions for brands, artists and in Latin Grammy/Grammy Award-winning recording/mixing and mastering studios in Mexico and the USA.
RAFA RUIZ
DRUMS AND BAND COACH
Rafael is an experienced drummer, composer, and producer with a solid 25-year career in music. A graduate in Contemporary Popular Music Performance, he has developed his professional career working on diverse projects, both solo and in collaboration with artists from various disciplines. Throughout his career, he has participated in recordings, productions, and tours, which has allowed him to enrich his musical knowledge and skills.
Furthermore, Rafael has received specialized training in drums and percussion in Spain, which has complemented his academic background and broadened his vision and technique on the instrument. With extensive experience in the field, he currently works as a teacher, sharing his knowledge and passion for the drums with new generations of musicians.
CAMILO BARRERO
SONGWRITING, DRUMS AND KEYBOARD
Musician, arranger and researcher with more than 25 years of experience in the musical world, he holds a degree in Arrangements from El Bosque University (Bogotá, Colombia) and is currently a doctoral candidate in Ethnomusicology at UNAM.
Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to perform on various stages in Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, the United States, and Europe, participating in major festivals such as Vive Latino, Rock al Parque, and Levitation. He has worked alongside renowned artists such as Muerdo, Sonido Gallo Negro, Humberto Pernett, Belafonte Sensacional, Todd Clouser, Carmelo Torres, Inés Granja, and Ceferina Banquéz, among others. Furthermore, his contribution to the industry includes his participation in the recording of more than 50 albums, encompassing a wide variety of genres ranging from rock and electronic music to traditional music, jazz, and classical music.
As a teacher, Camilo merges his deep academic knowledge with his vast experience in the industry, giving his students a comprehensive approach to their artistic and professional development.

DAN DELOSSAN
KEYBOARD, GUITAR, BASS, VOCAL, PRODUCTION AND SONGWRITING
Daniel de los Santos is a pianist, singer, guitarist, music producer, arranger, and songwriter. He is a graduate of the prestigious Higher School of Jazz.
He has had the privilege of working with artists such as Lupita D'Alessio, Luis Pescetti, Betsy Pecannins, Guillermo Briseño, Julia Bonk, among others.
In addition to her participation as a singer within the Yoko Ono Art Exhibition that took place in the Zócalo of Mexico City with the Ollin Yoliztli Symphony Orchestra.
He has performed in some of Mexico's most iconic music venues, showcasing a variety of styles and genres, including the National Auditorium, Metropolitan Theater, City Theater, Guelaguetza Festival, Bahidora, Zinco Jazz Club, Jazzatlan, Casa Franca, Departamento, Parker & Lenox, and others. As a music teacher, his goal is to guide students in discovering and developing their musical talent, fostering creativity, personal expression, appreciation, and a love of music.
MAURY MARTÍNEZ
DRUMS, GUITAR, BASS, BAND COACH
Mauricio Martínez is a professional musician born in Mar del Plata, Argentina. He began playing drums at a very young age, influenced by his brother, which marked the beginning of a passion that led him to enroll in the conservatory of his hometown. Later, he moved to Spain, where he furthered his musical training, developed his career as a professional drummer, and worked as a teacher at various music academies, combining performing with teaching. In addition to drums, he plays guitar and bass.
